Internship Program
Star of the Stage Theater
Studio is pleased to
offer the opportunity for high school and college students to intern in
classes! Interns are treated as peers and assist in designated
classes. Interns also have the opportunity to suggest theater
exercises which, if determined to be appropriate, they are then given the
responsibility for implementing in class. Interns always work
side-by-side with the instructor and are not permitted facilitate classes
on their own.

 Meet
Melissa Ransdell ... In Her Own Words!
"I am a
freshman in high school and I have two passions: one passion is
theater and the other is children. I have been working with Leddy
Center for four years doing main stage productions and taking musical
theater classes. I have been babysitting since the age of nine. I feel
it's time to take doing what I love to the next level. I want to
teach as an adult. I hope to learn to teach children as Leddy Center
has taught me. This is my first year as an intern and I am very
excited to help Ellen with her students."
Melissa
is interning in the Morning Stars and Twinkling Stars classes for the
